I was also thinking about the healing issue and the only reason I decided to go FvS next life and not Sorc was so that someone could cast healer buffs. They're not only useful fof healing purposes, the buffs are pretty nice/essential at times!

I´ve decided to wait until I level my baby Sorc to 20 before TRing Trapp. Now that I've had a taste of what they are capable of, I´d always like to have an arcane that I can use to farm.

Well, Trappbot is now sitting on the ship as a level 1 human rogue! Thank God we'll be able to change our names in U12 Smile

He will eventually be a 16 WC bard/2fighter/2 rog - anyone else who fancies popping down to Korthos is welcome to join him (Also welcoming fellow TR buddies)!

I'll probably try to get him to 2 at some point today and then park him for a bit while I level my Sorc.

I've almost convinced myself to TR Zillee. I couldn't see what I would use the extra 2 build points in as my current build has 17 base con which already brings me to 30 with a tome, ship buff and exceptionals on the tod rings. But then I realised I could use the Human Greater Adaptability enhancement, which with a base con of 18 brings it up to 32 ...

Oh gosh. The extra point on the combat DCs would be nice now they've made improved sunder useful (apparently). Don't need the extra to hit that comes with the past life as I've no probs hitting stuff - epic big top was no problem for example. And I suppose once I've TR'd her once, I might as well do it for the requisite three times to get a further two build points and more combat DCs.

So almost convinced myself.

Going to play with the character sheet!

Edit: What I do know is that I won't be doing a completionist toon. Until I can get another class to lvl 20, I'm not convinced I'd be able to stick with it. So Zillee would be running with you a max of three times to stack her fighter past lives.

That's cool! It'd be great to have you along for the ride anyway, no matter how long Smile

Seeing as you like the fighter types, have you ever though of trying Paladin or Barb, maybe even a monk as their special finishing moves add some nice touches and can be fun to play around with!

A fighter would be a welcome addition to my wizard tr's in group. I plan initially 3 wizard past lives, but being realistic I think that would take quite a bit of time.

The other melee classes do have nice past lives too so that's definitely an idea. More HP, more healing amp, more damage - all sound good to me =)

Okay, I'm up for it! I'll start prepping Zillee for TR. Will do the first TR as a fighter to see what the experience is like and then take it from there.

When I TR Rhankor (currently a barbarian), I'll TR him into a fighter for his 2nd life and then back into a barb for his 3rd TR.

So he'll be 2x barb and 1x fighter...

Rhankor will have 20 hp from the two tier 1 barb past life feats (10 hp each past life, up to 3 times).

And, he'll get get 20 more hp from the tier 2 barb past life feat (for a total of 40 extra HPs). Add onto that some extra intimi and rage, plus access to Racial and Class Toughness enhancements = even more HPs.

Rhankor will also have +1 to attack rolls and +1 to the DC's of his tactical feats from the tier 1 fighter past life.

Deesnider TR'd back into a pally and got the pally past life feat (5% healing amp).

However, big whoop for Dee the human pally, who already has excellent healing amp and can heal himself in a blink of an eye for 400+ hp.

He's only marginally better than he was before, and after playing a barb and monk, he almost seems slow and gimped.

Had great fun running around Korthos and the harbour last night. Especially when reality hit home and I realised that just because my character is a TR, it doesn't mean that he's über - in fact he's pretty gimpy and will become even more so over the next few levels... thanks to both Anto and Beth for saving my butt on a few occasions Smile

At least I'm essential to the group for one reason and so I'm still allowed to pike along Smile
