Still have to see how it will affect existing characters and TR's... but looks like it's time to start planning on making existing characters the best they can be - leveling, TRing, gearing, etc.

Also will have to see how much it will cost, but I can't see myself NOT buying this next summer.

Ya it looks interesting. I think that lvls 21-25 will be for epics only so you'll still be able to TR at lvl 20.

The pack will have to be bought by all, even VIP as it's an expansion.

No idea how much it's going to be, but I doubt it'll be cheap. Idk how they're going to bundle it. Traditionally, races are separate from adventure packs, but since they're calling this an "expansion" pack it might all come together.

What I'm finding sweet is listening to players talk about it all in the PUGs I ran with last night. They all seem really psyched about playing druids and as I don't know anything about the PnP D&D, I have nooooooo idea what this means except 'animal forms'. So I'm getting good at making the right noises and pretending I do =)

I played a bit of P&P ad&d in forgotten realms like 20 years ago. I had one character, a ranger...

Never tried them on baldur's gate either, wish I did now tho

Oh I loved Druids they are a Nature Priest would could change Animal form 3 times a day and it used to heal 60% HP. Thier spells were not as good in a dungoen.

You could do less healing and more damage than a cleric. You had a spell call creeping doom which was the Killer spell.

I started to play paper D&D in around 1981. It was basic D&D in a box.

Ah, so another powerful caster? Just what DDO needs ... lol! Sounds fun ^^
