| Hi,
Just wondering what are everyone's favorite add-ons for firefox. All free, of course.
I like:
Video2mp3 - Just like it sounds, it even puts a nice link above your youtube videos so with one click you can convert and save the audio into high quality Mp3s.
Flashgot - This one grabs whole video and audio and saves it into .flv format. Pretty handy, and can grab nearly anything, even stuff that isn't videos like live feeds.
Adblock Plus - This one is a MUST have imo. If you don't have it, you are susceptible to nasty virus laden ads that can control your pc. It flat out blocks ads automatically on every site you ever visit.
What else do you use? I know some people like greasemonkey, but I uninstalled it because I never found myself using it much. | |

| Hmmm, I have quite a few that I'm not terribly excited about but do find handy. There's Feed Filter, which filters out posts that contain certain keywords. So if any of my friends yap too much about any topic, I can set it up so that those posts don't show up on my feed. It also has a lot of other filters that I haven't used. Some people use Social Fixer instead but I consider it bloatware. I use Last Pass, which works on just about every browser. I have too many passwords at this point, to remember them all. Trying out DownloadHelper for a bit. It does what Video2mp3 and Flashgot does, save for the live feeds part. Not in love with it though, because the converter adds watermarks to the videos and I wouldn't say the converted videos are the best quality. DownThemAll!, for when there's a ton of files on one page that I want to download at once. For fun, StumbleUpon is a website where people share websites they like and with the StumbleUpon bar, I can stumble upon websites that people with my interests like and give it a rating. Quite often I find StumbleUpon shows me great websites that Google doesn't place on the top of their results, so it opens my browsing world a bit. And yeah, being able to block certain people on RK with Greasemonkey really does make everything better. | |

| Could probably write a script to do that. I don't know how to write scripts though. That would be sweet. | |

| http://noscript.net/ If you're truly anal about security, this is a great program. Kind of a pain in the ass sometimes approving websites and background processes, but it's a must have in my book. Couple this with Adblock plus and you're well set. | |
