| Fact is that with the loud words (Unity sic !) and couple of lunatics that presents themselves as royals and who have no real power and councils who do see things very differently, there wont be any progress. And yes, idiots around never did help As far as little steps go, best thing right now would be agreement between counties about the border control. But both have very different views on it, for example Galloway wants to have open border with England, and I do see it as very dangerous thing as proven in past. What leaves only move for Glasgow to close her borders. Thats just one of little things, but imo most important by now. | |

| Can't even imagine Glasgow closing her border these days with this council. Tyg's list got the majority, and they're all in favor of the Frets. Just not the Montes. In other words, they'll also be in favor of the English who helped take Glasgow down the first time. | |

| This council wont be there forever. As I said before, its more like a coincidence that these people even are on the council. | |

| lot of irony going down in scotland lol if monarchs were not based on a democracy, which is a flawed concept to begin with, then a royal guard would be a great idea. but with scotland long history of monarchs who do nothing but for themselves, perhaps building an army for the next egomaniac is not the best idea... but hey, maybe the 3rd or 4th time around they'll get it. ah well. | |

| In Scotland at least, the monarchy was partly based on a democracy. As in, if you don't piss so many people off, they won't kill ya. Scots actually killed, dethroned and bugger more of their own kings over the years, than the English ever could | |

| Relevant to this old discussion, this is what I am proposing to formalize for the Scottish Monarchy: - Terrasophia wrote:
