Kings in RK!

The major part of our community don't realy care (well, they do, but not that much) about want a king can do IG. So I'm sorry if the english community attach a lot of interest to this point, but I can't help more. The main idea is to be the most important person of your country. It's still impressive to see how a new feature can be so differently reviewed from countries to another.

We still have a lot to learn on how to satisfy every "local" community. I'm sorry if this one displeases you, but actually the feedback from other country is pretty good. They just plan to merge their RP with this new king/emperor/whatever

It just seems odd to me that game admin communicate with forum admin, and forum admin are the ones that lock the national government offices. You would think with that, they'd be well aware that Scotland and Ireland do not want a national government.

Exactly. And yet here in Ireland a "Clone" already has put in money to run for King. Admin do squat about it etc etc. Imagine the ramifications if the King does have IG functions that make his armies run better or have vast amounts of money? Especially if that "King" is a clone? Speaking for myself, I have already grown weary of this game. The only reason I stay is because I love to RP and I have met lots of wonderful people in this game. I detest the admin and their shity job of running this game that is full of bugs and unfinished.

Who's Duke/Duchess in Laig? They can say Laig isn't taking part and Spyrosm is out 200p

Whatever the powers of kings, we knew there will be a king. And it's much more complicated to code an election than to code IG features for kings. I was thinking....IF someone really wanted they could just rename their character and run for kingship. Then comeback as their old character when their kingship was over. TBH I dont know if it'll work...or if admin would post rules against it.

Oh, and believe you me - the game admins talk to the forum admins as little as they talk to us.

I remember that quote from LJS where he told the censors he knew about Carlisle being annexed, it was a bug, and that he wasn't going to do anything about it until it was reported. So I feel they read but they just don't care.

Well JDW seems a bit receptive to adding coding to "kill" off Kings. So we will see. I am wondering if making only"nobles" (yeah i know) the only ones that vote would help with the clone issue. By nobles I mean those level 2-3 and up.

So...it said 7 days for the first round of the elections. Today it says 6 days left. I still can't vote. Why is this so?

So far from what I know, only ability is to appoint a heir. Guess there will be more(knowing admins it can take till 2050), but thats only thing Cheat saw in his office so far.
