Tiger Knight: Empire War

free-to-play, early access game on Steam.  Combat is a lot like mount and blades, which I know a lot of people on here enjoy.  It's not pay2win at all.  There's 3 game modes.

Command mode: you lead an army of troops in a 5 vs 5 battle, and you fight alongside your troops and team mates.  this is the most interesting mode.

Duel mode: team deathmatch where you have no troops, just fighting other players.

Epic war (pve): you do same campaign repeatedly, fighting AI with your team mates with the hopes of obtaining rare items after completion.

This game was released maybe a month ago, and they are talking about releasing more game modes. There is currently a North American, European, and Asian server, and they're hoping to add more servers in the future as well.
