| Could you recommend a game where overall players are more involved with their characters than RK? Especially the daily life. A game in which most players already RP a lot or the game provide incentives to get more involved in daily routine? There would be store RPs, where every transaction need to be RPed and not just lip-service, inn RPs, level increasing RPs (like RK bailiwick 1st secretary but won't approve until a RP is done), etc. If after all those basic things, one would like more RP, people could RP taverns, have relationships or make "personal" logs. And last but no least, less OOC. With so much RP, the pace could be slower than RK.
Perhaps there's incentive to those who RP, and more so with better quality. Perhaps there's no incentive, it's all or nothing, and there's just a hundred people in the game ; I'd still be interested.
I remember reading a book from some time back about a men, or perhaps 2, getting a job at a small farm. His/their only possession was little more than what was necessary to get between jobs, with basically a few days food in a bindle/travelin' sack/swag. Working a long day for shelter, eating their full, a meager stipend, and especially a hot meal, would content them. A whole book about that.
If someone know of such RP-intensive game or has a lead, let me know. Thanks

| Secfenia is one step closer, but it seems most rp is in taverns, and people can be quite rude and clique-ish. | |

| Thank you for the reference. Do you mean rude like "oh... it's you", sighing or "piss off!" ?
About the book, it was about a single farm, the 1-2 worker arrival, stay then departure. | |

| No nothing like that Diar, but it's more of 'taking sides' like on RK, but they are strictly IC in the taverns, there are some rp's going on too. My charry there is Trinity - go figure right? | |

| Like completely ignoring people- not at all like an RK tavern, which might actually be more your thing if you want total IC. | |

| Thanks for your input.
If it was completely IC, my character could challenge the people ignoring him/her and if his/her challenge refused a few time, s/he could attempt to beat them up not-so-formally.
Say I would manage to gather people that would like to play like me, and we RPed such situation, my character would beat a wo/men. For a time, those considering hiring the latter would question his/her ability or offer a reduced salary for his/her reduced yield ; more beer would be needed to become happy, bargaining would be harder, etc. There would be no way around a situation, all actions would have consequences.

| Sounds like a very interesting RP, ordinarily I would jump at the chance to take part, but lately I have far too much on my plate and I can't take on any more. I am sure that there will be plenty of people who will want to join in with you though, so I look forward to reading it when it starts | |
