No fair.... When I'm linked to a rant I expect to see a lot of swearing and an incomprehensible, drunken mishmash of personal accusations and wailings.

Instead you went and made a list of articulate, creative ideas that would revitalise the game.

To be honest, while initially just frustrated and writing a post on their company website, I decided to move it to Babel where it could get more community support as well as entice a reaction from Celsius. People are attracted to confrontation, it's just our nature, so that is why I made myself sound somewhat frustrated in the post. At the least, I'm hoping the next time Celsius all sit down and think about what to waste their time and our money on next, they may think of my post and implement some of those ideas.

I'm by no means saying I could do better, and I can't code myself- but I've owned a handful of successful browser based games in my past, and it took my developers a week at best, and a month at the most to develop major gameplay updates, so it's not as hard nor as expensive as they are making it out to be. With a 16 man team, they could do so much more then simply being stagnant as they are now.

I genuinely feel like this is not anyone on their team's actual job. I imagine they work full time jobs, get together for LAN parties, and work on Celsius developing when they run out of beer.
I could see them adding new clothes or the family tab within the year, and ignoring everything else until people complain again. They should really just sell the game and quit pretending.
