We have a level 25 guild, "NNGO" on the Khyber server/world. All are welcome to join!

We just recently got to level 25, and there are a lot of benefits on our guild ship!

I have a rogue (Graceana) and a sorcerer (Zanai). I'm still messing around with them a bit, still pretty new, mostly because I don't have enough time to play as much as I'd like (lvl 3 rogue and lvl 2 sorcerer).

And Beth, I totally understand what you mean. When I am in DDO and introducing myself to someone in the guild, it feels REALLY weird to say, "hey, its me Toastini!". In my head I am thinking--actually, its me, Jen. Toastini is stuck in the 1D game of RK.

There have been times I have accidentally almost referred to myself as Grace irl It's not that I don't know the difference, obviously, but that I hear it so damn much that it just becomes automatic. That's when I know I need to step away for a break.

I guess that is the bonus/drawback of using a realistic name for a character. I would never accidentally use Toastini IRL because, lets be honest: what the hell is a Toastini anyway? Certainly not a woman's name. HA!

People look at you funny when you don't seem to know your own name, that's for sure. Half my acquaintances probably think I'm really a spy.

Introduce yourself as Toastini one of these days, and let us all know what happens

I joined the guild! I saw the ship! I accidentally committed suicide! Yay!

Oh, and Zanai is still on Korthos, that's prob why.

I love our ship =) have to say i'd love to see the navigator on board... just so I wouldn't be killin myself to get to merdia all the time ... but idk how much he'd help others out

Wow - it's hard to believe that our small NNGO guild has racked up over 1,000,000 renown (level 27) - great job everyone!

Here's a list of the Airship Amenities we can rent and the Airship Crew we can hire.

You can also pull the list up in game by hitting "O", selecting the guild tab up top, and then selecting the rewards tab below it.

NNGO owns a Storm Bolt Airship, which means that we can install 8 amenities (on 2 large and 6 small hookpoints) and 4 crew (on crew hookpoints).

There are two kinds of amenities/crew, "Gold Seal" and "standard" - they are both essentially the same thing (i.e. they overlap about 95%), but they differ in the way you purchase them.

Gold Seal amenities/crew must be purchased with Turbine points (TP), which are obtained from either earning favor in-game or by real-life money.

Gold Seal amenities/crew are mostly sold as kind of a luxury "shortcut", so that a guild can get amenities/crew before it is of high enough level to purchase them as standard amenities/crew.

Standard amenities/crew are purchased with in-game platinum pieces (PP), which are obtained as rewards from running quests and selling items you gather in-game (i.e. no real-life money or TP used).

Of course, for either type of amenity/crew, the guild must meet the minimum level requirement as specified to install them.

Remember that only officers can install the amenities/crew (by going to the first mate and asking him to show the "hookpoints"). When hookpoints are showing, it also tells you the amount of time left on each amenity/crew by walking up to the hookpoint.

To purchase - click on the hookpoint (must be showing), and purchase the amenity/crew contract.

To install - find the contract in your inventory and stand on the hookpoint (either a large, small, or crew hookpoint, according to the contract) - double click the contract icon, and it installs it.

When you install a contract, it does one of 2 things:
1. It fills the hookpoint with a new contract.
2. It adds time to an existing contract (if it is the same type of contract).
