A couple of days ago I made an account on "Ask.fm" which is a website where people ask you question 99.9% of the time anonymously and you answer them. Sometimes shared through facebook.

Ehmmm, people are REALLY mean. But with that said, I'm genuinely laughing my ass off at every hateful comment. Some people are nice, too! Take a look at what people say if you want;

I don't understand, Aidan. So it is a place for people to be dicks anonymously? So like, a youtube commenters Disneyland?? I like how there is a legitimate question for every 10 or so "questions" sprinkled with the words "fag" or "retard". So basically, a bunch of 13 year olds are posting?

I think I am showing my age. Damned kids and your newfangled websites. Back in my day, we were assholes to each others faces! Uphill and in the snow!

Well basically I knew this going in but I was hoping for a little more actual question with the keyboard warrior hate.

I created it to showcase how honest I am when asked my opinion about people but the first couple of questions were just statements about me being two-faced. (which I assure you, I'm not.)

And also, to make fun of anyone who was stupid enough to hate on me but with it being primarily hate at this stage i'm just trying to not show my frustration hehe

Ditto what Toasti said, lol. The most anonymous we could be at that age was passing a note in class. Somehow I don't think that is what the developers had in mind when they put up that site.

That's how it needs to be Kerin, agreed Toasti, when i was growing up we didn't have computers or devices to hide behind. Kids these days don't know when to stop and keep pushing the limits cause they think they can hide.

Sorry for the double post here after that long winded one but this was something that had crossed my mind while typing all that out and forgot to put it out there.

Aidan, you are always such a great little person to be around on here and it just kills me to see you get yourself into all that BS. If it upsets you in any way I'd walk away from it. For instance, like on RK you get those certain kind of folks that you just steer clear of? Because of that reason? They're just foul unhappy souls trying to make everyone and everything miserable around them. They're just not worth the time, ya know? Sure it can be entertaining, I agree lol, but there come's a point when you just have to walk away. And who knows how unstable they are on the flip side? Who's to say that they don't find you or vice versa. Especially if these are kids from your school or something? I didn't check the link out but I have come across similar that you're talking about. The world IMO is a much scarier place these days. Just use your noggin, best judgement is all I'm trying to say.

I'm being singled out on the RK unofficial FB page by TPB Drusilla because she can't separate her IC and OOC grudges towards the CA.
Called me a bitch and tagged me in the post and is now playing innocent.
Would rip her a new asshole if it weren't over facebook because I don't want my 13 year old sister realising how much of a bitch I actually can be when I try.

Thing is I got attacked just for being part of the CA. She didn't know who I was, only saw fit to judge me because I was answering someones question.
Who the hell does she think she is?

I was already in a bad mood when I was dealing with em. Didn't expect to wake up to being called a bitch when I'd done nothing wrong, though.

Petty's the word. I can tell you're not petty and were just trying to get a logical point across. Some people just feel better about themselves when they are bullying or putting others down. For some it's the quick primary way to boost their self-esteem. You've got nothing to prove to them. Not worth brain energyz.

I clicked, I read. That was a wasted half hour of my life I'll never get back.

All I can do now is shake my head and wonder about all the scary people out there.

As most of you know I was scheduled for a liver biopsy that was to take place the other day. A few days before the procedure I was at my family doctors explaining a few concerns and asking questions(one cant be to cautious with their health after all and its best to be informed of everything) My family doctor asked me why the liver doctor was doing a biopsy when Ive likely only had Hep c for about 3 years. He told me that there was no need for a biopsy and thinks the damn liver specialist was trying to milk money out of me by doing an unnecessary procedure. So he called the surgeon and cancelled my biopsy for me and is referring me to another doctor. Here there are doctors you think have your best interest in mind when all they really care about is a damn paycheck...its a fucking shame..

It could also be "defensive medicine" which is equally as stupid (and uniquely American!). It is when Doc's prescribe a certain course of treatment just to cover their ass legally (to avoid malpractice suits).

Either way it is fucked up, because the patient is not getting what they need. More isn't always better--case in point right there.

Good reminder though, Donnor! You have to be your own advocate. Ask questions!! Don't accept one answer as rule!

I always go back to my family doctor with questions about my treatment. He is extremely good at his job and I know he is not in it for the money. I've seen him do his job without charging people if they can't afford it.
