That is VERY effectful. By that, I didn't mean I crapped my pants but it adds something extra to the comic. Even a non horror one would be cool with such effects.

I live in Belgium and Belgium is devided in 3 parts.
Northern, Dutch speaking part, inhabited by Flemish, Flanders.
Southern, French speaking part, inhabited by Walloons, Wallonia.
Brussels, the capital, located in Flanders but the majority speaks French, inhabited mostly by immigrants.
So I live in Flanders

In Flanders we can speak a lot of languages: Dutch, English, French and German. But there're some funny things when we need to respond in a language.

So when a German asks something, we answer in German.
If an English speaking person asks something, we answer in English
If an American asks something, we answer in UK English.
If a person from the Netherlands asks something, we answer in Flemish
If a Frenchman asks something, we answer in French.
But when a Walloon asks something, we answer in Dutch

Well. We, the Flemish people, speak official Dutch (Flemish) but we learn also German, French and English.

Because we're proud of that, we speak those languages when we meet someone from another country.
Like when we meet a Frenchmen in Flanders, we'll speak French and when we meet an Englishman in Flanders we'll speak English.

But when we meet Walloon (inhabitant of Wallonia) we speak Dutch because we're in Flanders.
The Walloons speak French but we don't speak French against them when we're in Flanders.

Belgium is literally devided in Flemish people and Walloons. There're a lot of problems and a lot of differences and so also the language. We speak Dutch, they French. But when they get in Flanders, we speak Dutch.

Strange enough Angel and I had a conversation about languages today.

I'm born in Estonia, moved to Sweden when I was 6, and to England May 2011. So, I know estonian, english and swedish.
My mom knows estonian, russian, english and swedish. My grandmother is estonian, grandfather russian, so both are her mother tongues.

My mom has estonian AND russian as her mother tongue, and went to special uhh USSR 'spy school' for english

I learned estonian, swedish and english when I was like.. 6, though I do hate it a bit I can't write estonian. Even if its my mother tongue its the language I know least

She met a swedish guy in Estonia, moved to Sweden. They talked english with each other. He talked english with me and my oldest brother until we learned swedish. My mom talked estonian with us.

When my two younger brothers were born and started school, they refused to talk estonian anymore because they got teased. So she had to speak swedish to them.
She's divorced now, but still estonian is the main language she talks to with me and my older brother, and swedish for the younger ones.
