I've still not been sleeping well. Hubby is so supportive, although I think he has an ulterior motive as he knows when I get like this I tend to overindulge in whatever I'm doing. In 2 days I've made 3 pans of assorted peanut butter fudge, 10-12 dozen cookies, 2 pumpkin rolls, potato candy (2lb?) and buckeyes are on the agenda after dinner tonight if I don't actually fall asleep early (wishful thinking) every time I run out of flour or something he replenishes lol...ugh. Also made a bunch of home made ornaments with kiddo, his friend and my nieces and nephews this past week. Waiting for the grinch to steal Christmas so I can stop already, hehe.

Grinch stole my Christmas - I've been put on a diet.

No sugar or fattening things for me at all. The results from my liver tests are in and the answer is not simple but frightening. Turns out there is scarring on the liver but they don't know how much. Could be a little, in which case the damage is reversible or it could be a lot in which case I am on the path to cirrhosis and death. So I have be asked to lose weight as that will help and we have to see if losing weight alone changes things. If it does, then yay, it's reversible, if it doesn't, then a biopsy will be needed to determine how bad it is. So, I am embracing the rabbit food and getting a lot of exercise, and much as I hate to admit it, I'm not suffering at all. Turns out that I like fruit and veg quite a bit.

I really hope it's reversible <3 definitely not something to play around with. Out of all of the sweets I made, I had one cookie. Went and visited some friends and family tonight giving the majority of it away, will give the rest away tomorrow if I'm feeling up to it (my grandparents). I've not had much of an appetite at all last couple weeks, mostly peanut butter and apples, just to have some energy. Does make you feel good tho ^^ made a stir fry the other night and I actually ate, with the peppers, mushrooms, onions...was pretty good. Been thinking about getting an elliptical? To help keep my muscles loose. With that pup of mine trying to get on the floor to do yoga anymore is a chore lol, shoves a toy in my face every chance she gets or grabs my ponytail hehe...cute, but annoying ^^

You can't have a lot of proteins can you? Was trying to think of some healthy meals/recipes for you but I'm probably not entirely the best since I don't eat well myself O.o but my mother in law prolly has a stash of good ones, if you'd like me to i can hit her up for some Smile

A while ago I made a list of the best nutrients to get, how much and what foods to get them in. If you want it give me a holler and I'll send it your way, it'll help planning out your meals which is great for losing weight!! There's also an app called myfitness pal on android (not sure if it's on apple store) that helped me lose 5 kilos in 2 weeks (I cheated a little, shh) where you can plan around your lifestyle, too.

Just one of those strange little stories.
A girl i used to go to school with from Sheffield 10 years ago went to university in Lyon, France for a couple of years and finished this summer. I started University near Manchester this year and have shared accommodation with 5 other guys.

One of the guys, from near Bath, who I have never met before, has a sister who also went to Lyon University and is friends with the girl who went to school with me. :S

I got 90, which is 4.0! My first - and possibly last - ever lol.
