Guide for Casino

Has anyone got an easy to understand guide for the casino in taverns for RK?

I have a casino on board my ship so that I can easily transfer cash between people.
Yes I do know how to play Texas Holdem.....its more the workings of RK casino that I need.
Having trouble just explaining to people how to bet all and then fold so that they end up paying me (or vice versa)

Anyone help?

I'm pretty sure as soon as you begin a game it should be self-explaining. I own a casino too but haven't played for a while. If I see someone in a tavern today I'll play to refresh my memory but you can take a screenshot of your tavern mid game and post it here and I can tell you which buttons they need to press when.
