So I know I don't post much and I haven't been active here in a while, but I would just like to let everyone know I am still around and my rk character hirn0 is now out of retreat. I haven't been active because of work and I might not be that active for the next 3 weeks depending on work. But when I get back I plan on being more active in the tavern again. Can't wait to see you all in the tavern after my 21st which is in a few weeks. Aidann I haven't forgot about our next duel. So get ready to beat me.

haha, I've been hit and miss with logging in for the last two weeks so give me a bit to recover my stat loses.

Had a Statistics midterm yesterday, did super well. Woke up today thinking of a particular problem in the multiple choice part of the exam. I was feeling quite smug just thinking about how my first attempt at the solution got me one of the four or five choices. Brilliant, right?

Wrong! Turns out the reason I was randomly thinking about that problem all morning was that my brain was going all "Ha! Look what I made you do yesterday!" Because I suddenly got the urge to try it in another, less "clever" way... and instead of the extremely brilliant 35 I so proudly circled... the answer was actually 700.

This happens to me EVERY. SINGLE. QUIZ. Fuck you, late inspiration. -.-

I love Glastonbury. Can feel the atmosphere from the event even at home, I imagine its such a great time spent there with fellow music lovers. Even if most of them are drugged up hippie-like individuals.

Two of my coworkers are mother/daughter, who work in housekeeping. Last week the daughter, who is my age, came into my office in tears. Her mother's significant other had been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and had days-weeks to live. I just found out he passed away this Saturday. I ordered flowers for them from all of us where I work.

Needless to say, I hurt for them and my heart goes out to them. I've known them both several years. My aunt has been battling ovarian cancer for six years and I can't imagine losing her...

Life is precious, people... So many seem to forget that. Don't waste it being a dick.
