stagevu.com got usually high quality stuff. I stream as I can't bother to download but you can also download the videos for free. Need to download a program DivX player to see the videos, no sign up required.

ovguide.com is a good site to search for links where to watch movies, anime and series for free. If you don't live in the US can't watch like half the stuff... but if you search enough you're most likely gonna find something. Mostly for streaming

Searching for Rapidshare Merlin for example gives download links.
