Requests for Favour Runs

(quests that you're too high level for to get xp but still want the favour)

I'd love at some point to run the following on elite to get the favour for Eelliz. They're all lvl 3-4 quests and pay to play packs.

Tangleroot chain
Catacombs chain
Sharn Syndicate chain

Warning re Tangleroot - I hardly know this pack having only run it once to completion and with a load of zergers.

I need all 3 on elite also, But here is some xp penalties that I have looked up on ddo/ddowiki

Levels of Quest to players

XP based on quest level (remember if a quest is level 3 on Normal, it will be level 4 on hard and level 5 on elite). These penalties affect everyone in party, not just those above level.

If anyone is at the quest level or 1 above....no penalty

If anyone is 2 levels above quest you suffer 10% hit to base XP.

If anyone is 3 levels above 25%

If anyone is 4 levels above 50%

If anyone is 5 levels above 75%

If anyone is 6 levels above 99%

If anyone is 7+ levels no XP

as long as you are only 6 levels above the quest ( remember a level 3 quest on elite is level 5), you get 1%. May not seem like alot, but if its your first time you also get 50% of the base elite xp. If you are 7 levels above , you wont get the 50% first time reward. So as long as you are below level 11-12 depending on the quest, youll still get some xp.

One other thing is this is for the entire party and is based on the highest level character in the group.

But I'd run these with you maybe this weekend if we have time.

Zogdor needs favour on all 3 of these and Gilders needs it for Catacombs and Tangleroot.

ill always run tangleroot, the collectible loot in that chain is particularly great. i do need it on some toons i think as well.

collectible loot =
lightning split soarwood (75k+)
silver flame hymnal (15k)
drowshoods (10k+)

I wouldn't mind doing those on elite either. It is however not a priority for me right now, I can always come back to them after a couple of lvls. (I really disliked Tangleroot. Same map like 10 times -_-)

Does get to be a hassle, almost like running up and down in the catacombs.

Atleast with tangleroot you can teleport back in forth from chief urgz( SP?) and the tavern for repairs and to sell stuff.

I'll help with the ones that I have, and if it's for favor only, I can bring aruo... cari is lvl 14 and bell is lvl 5

Remember that when a lfm says a run is "for favor" (or the UK version - favour), it generally means that there will be little or no XP.

It's actually kind of fun when you hit level 20, because you can test your soloing skills!

Cool to see the interest and more than happy to have those who are beyond the xp range join in so they can have fun pwning the mobs! Like I said at the start - favour run =)

When I see a bunch of folk online at the same time this weekend or coming week, I'll give a shout. Tangleroot seems to be the most popular choice so far so will prioritize that one.

If anyone needs to be run through Gianthold on elite to help get the Draconic Vitality free feat (+10 HP), then let me know.

You only need 150 Favour for that right?

Gilders could do with the favour I think... although if it's only 150 to get it, I might have it... I don't remember though :s

Great - maybe we can get a group together of all high levels who still need the favor and run it sometime.

GH quests are level 13 or 14 (15 or 16 on elite), so go figure from this for xp penalties:

STILL needing around 150ish favor to get my GR. I'm slowly working my way through it, but it would be lots easier if I had help to whip through the lowish level stuff and also to open on elite if possible. Thanks all! I got down to only 60 left with help tonight from Bella, Dee, and Kair Tomorrow I'll probably try and knock out the rest, if I'm still awake after a day trip to DC with the kids.

Down to 2-3 quests to finish it up I think - looking at running Xorian and Stormcleave tonight if I can get help and an elite open, that will get me most, and I'm going to try and knock off a bit more right now. If anyone wants to help me out with it, grab me when you see me.

I'd love to get in on the Xorian run since I've never actually done it with Lika at all. You know how to find me.
