[Idea] Role Play Game

Okay, so I have been threatening to do this for a while, but now I really feel inspired enough to get on with it.  I want to do a role play, here on this forum so no damned censors and we can kill, swear and fuck all we like.  Also we can use the dice rolls to add in random factors.

The role play I suggest is to be set in a non specific time or place, but will be a low tech questy type world ( no space ships or lasers or stuff).

In this world, there are two types of people, the hunters and the hunted.  Whoever signs up for this will be randomly assigned to one group or another.  The aim of the game is for the hunters to kill the hunted and for the hunted to survive (or even turn the tables on the hunters).  Each side will have pros and cons and each individual will have certain positive and negative attributes.  

Each person shall have a character sheet, on this will be listed; equipment, stats, name etc.  Some things along the way will be made known only to the character alone, to be revealed or kept hidden as they see fit.  Be aware, just because you choose to hide something, it doesn't mean your secret may not be found out!

Character sheet will look something like this:

Name: Kazar the Great
Type: Hunter
Strength: 50
Intelligence: 20
Stamina: 60
Charisma: 10
Tracking: 80
Stealth: 0

Equipment:

Headscarf (+1 stealth)
Shirt
Axe (+2 two handed combat)

Modifiers (gained in quest):

Veggie boost (+2 stamina for five rounds)
Poison (-1 health for 3 turns)

I am also open to suggestions as far as what can be added

There will be a round commencement (headed by me as the GM), then everyone can post according to the information they will have been given.

Then each subsequent round will start with everyone being given some information.  If there is to be a battle, this too will be made known at the commencement of the round.  I am working on drawing up a map and a battle grid that can be used for reference.

So, this is the idea.  Anyone interested and any thing to add?

I'd love to Bekah! Have suggested on a few occasions on RPing here lol! Love your idea, especially with the dice, can hopefully add some more ideas to that some time this week.

I have drawn up a map with the hunter camps in red and the hunted's (need a better word for that ) settlements in blue.  This is what it looks like:



I am really busy today, but I will try to get everyone sorted into their 'side' and assigned their base attributes.  Then I will set up the RP thread and the ooc dice roll thread (which actually could be this thread thinking about it) and then we are ready to rumble.  I also think that I will add a grid to the map later on so that every one knows where they are and how many moves it will take to get somewhere.  The random throws of the dice are going to prove crucial to the outcomes of any strategy

I'm sorry.  If it helps, this is just me setting the ground rules, but I will explain it all as we go along.  For now, its just for everyone to RP their starting positions.  So its a simple start
